Uploading Your Pages

Using the FTP client of your choice, connect to littlebluegirl.com (or 67.15.80.59 until your domain is active), and login with your username and password. Once logged in, you will be in the document root directory of your website - Double click on the httpdocs to place your default page (index.html). If you have any scripts, Go up one level then to the "cgi-bin" directory and upload scripts there. If you wish, you may create sub-directories and place documents in them as needed.

• Please be careful when modifying any of the existing files in your directory. Deleting or modifying certain files may disable your site.

• It's recommended that you have at least one current version of your files backed up on your local hard drive or storage device.

• Secure pages (SSL) must be named https://... (Note the ‘s’) and placed into the httpsdocs folder. Note: We provide only shared SSL.

• Server Side Include (SSI) documents must have a .shtml extension.

• If you are using MS FrontPage, you will need to wait till your domain name is fully transferred to our servers. You would then go to the URL http://www.littlebluegirl.com  once your domain is active.

• This Welcome page will be replaced by your home page when you upload your files.

• Absolute path will be /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/littlebluegirl.com/httpdocs

• Path to perl is /usr/bin/perl
